Overview
Paul has more than 15 years of experience providing tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to privately held businesses and individuals, including pass-through entities, multi-state returns and consolidated filings. He specializes in multi-state nexus and apportionment issues, skillfully aligning clients’ business goals with available tax strategies. In addition, Paul coordinates the resolution of federal and state revenue division notices and requests for additional information.
Paul is a member of the firm’s Transportation and Logistics team. He has significant experience assisting trucking and transportation clients with taxation issues and providing industry-specific analysis.
