Overview
Ryan specializes in partnership taxation as a member of CLA’s National Tax Office. His experience includes tax planning, research, compliance, and consulting for privately held businesses and their owners. In addition, Ryan is responsible for real estate transactions, entity selection, and ownership changes in flow-through entities. Ryan is a member of the firm’s Real Estate team. Ryan joined CLA in 2019. Prior to joining the Firm, he spent 9 years at Schenck SC in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
