Overview
Chris has been serving in the real estate industry for over 7 years providing tax compliance, consulting and advisory services. He works with individual investors up to large private fund syndicators with assets in the industrial, office, hotel, multi-family, self-storage, and retail subclasses.
Chris works hand-in-hand with the CLA fund administration group and BizOps to provide timely and accurate information to funds and their investors.
Chris also specializes in compliance and consulting areas of private real estate investment trusts (REITs) as well as Opportunity Zones.
In his free time he manages a multi-family rental property of his own, and plans to acquire more in the future.
