Denny is the chief executive officer of CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA). As he goes about his duties related to the oversight of CLA's direction, operations, expansion, and strategy, he is also an enthusiastic ambassador for the CLA Promise. He is fully committed to the firm's position as a professional services firm that delivers integrated wealth advisory, outsourcing, and audit, tax, and consulting capabilities to help our clients succeed professionally and personally.

CLA's culture emphasizes helping, not selling, and Denny takes the lead in demonstrating to individuals and organizations that we will be beside them every step of the way. He knows that it's not our process, our technology, or our locations that make us different; it's our ability to form deep relationships with our clients. As a firm, we believe those relationships can also be personal and those connections can last for generations.

Denny's beliefs are deeply rooted after serving CLA in many roles over the last 30 years: chief business officer, chief practice officer, managing partner for the East Coast region, and partner in charge of health care services in St. Louis. He has spent the majority of his career serving the health care industry. Prior to joining CLA he was the director of finance/assistant administrator for a nonprofit organization that owned and managed a skilled long-term care facility, assisted housing, a supervised living facility, and a home health care operation.
