Amanda is a director in the Employee Benefit Plan Group. Her background includes audits of single, multiple-, and multi-employer (Taft-Hartley) employee benefit plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans, health and welfare plans, and other tax-exempt organizations. Amanda has also consulted on employee benefit plans regarding operations, and compliance.Â Amanda also has experience with the government filing requirements for benefit plans, such as Form 5500, Form 990, Form 990-T and various international filings.Â
Amanda has over 15 years of employee benefit plan audit experience. She has prepared, assisted, and trained employees in preparation of reporting and disclosure requirements applicable to employee benefit plans as well as providing training on auditing investments. In addition, Amanda has consulted with plans regarding compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and with many entities on accounting for and reporting on investments, including alternative investments and securities lending.
