Ryan specializes in business and intangible asset valuation for a variety of purposes. Ryan has experience assisting companies and attorneys in the valuation process. Specifically, Ryan has provided valuations for Gift and Estate Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Purchase Price Allocations and Goodwill Impairments.
He also performs damages analyses in commercial and intellectual property litigation, and due diligence assignments.
