Linda holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Management degree from St. Catherine University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and Salutatorian of her class. She has passed the Series 6 and 63 securities licenses, CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist-I, II, III) and has held a life/health insurance license. 

Overview

Linda brings over twenty years of consulting experience to CliftonLarsonAllen Search. Most recently, she was an executive search consultant at RSM McGladrey, where she successfully completed numerous assignments across all industries. She has worked with companies on fast growth tracks, companies experiencing change as well as entrepreneurial businesses.

Linda’s experience includes a high concentration in the health care industry. Other industry specialization includes financial institutions, cooperatives and construction/real estate. Prior to RSM McGladrey, Linda was Vice President of Client Services & Principal for Integrated Healthcare Strategies (formerly Clark Consulting), a health care consulting firm specializing in the development, implementation and administration of executive compensation and benefit plans. In her twelve years with Clark Consulting, she initiated, implemented, and managed multiple cash compensation and performance incentive management projects and executive benefit plans for clients such as Mayo Foundation, Healtheast, HealthPartners, Johns Hopkins Health System, and Cedars Sinai Medical Center. She was also a key initiator in implementing operational efficiencies within the company and developing and implementing numerous regulatory compliance programs. Prior to her experience with Clark Consulting, Linda was the Director of Patient Services for Children’s HeartLink.

In the community

She has been active serving on her church board, as an Altar Guild member and a Sunday school teacher. Through the student exchange program, Linda and her family hosted Rotary sponsored students from South Africa and France.
