Overview
Tim is a Director - Tax in the firm's Roseville office and has been with CLA since 2021. He joined CLA after serving as a tax manager at KPMG where he worked for large domestic and foreign private equity investment funds and real estate corporations. At CLA, he is serving privately held real estate businesses including multi-member/partner partnerships, C and S corporations, and high net-worth individuals.
His areas of expertise include: partnership taxation, fixed assets depreciation, cost segregation studies, like-kind exchanges, waterfall allocations, real estate tax credits & eductions, and capital gain deferral through QOZ investments.
Tim is currently serving as the Growth Network Industry Co-Leader for Pacwest region. He is actively looking for networking opportunities with local and regional real estate key players.
