Nathan Richwine

Overview

Nathan is a manager in CLA's National Tax Office. Nathan has more than ten years of experience in public accounting, providing tax compliance and advisory services to multi-state and multinational companies as well as small-to-midsize family businesses and their owners across a variety of industries. He also has experience with tax provision preparation (ASC 740). 

Before joining CLA in 2018, Nathan spent six years at Ernst & Young, LLP providing business and individual tax compliance and advisory services and led local office ASC 740 training.

Nathan also spent one year as the tax manager of a privately held multi-state and multinational technology consulting corporation overseeing all aspects of the tax function and guided management through the tax implications of the sale of the company to a publicly traded foreign corporation.

Nathan testified at the Department of the Treasury public hearing on the proposed regulations regarding the business interest expense limitation under Internal Revenue Code Section 163(j) as amended by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
