Overview
Mark is the Quality Leader for Outsourcing. Mark has been providing leadership in the areas of finance and process improvement to organizations for more than 30 years while holding key leadership positions within a number industries, including Healthcare with Mayo Clinic; Financial Services with Fortis Financial Group and Hartford Financial; Higher Education with the University of Wisconsin System and Southern Wesleyan University; and Finance and Consulting with Deloitte and Wipfli. He is passionate about increasing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; risk identification and mitigation; improving communication at all levels of the organization; and eliminating barriers to success while focusing on process improvement and quality. Mark has also extensive experience assisting colleges and universities in their accreditation efforts as a former financial examiner with the HLC (Higher Learning Commission) and SACSCOC (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges).

Mark is active with a number of personal and charitable endeavors, including his local church and also as a board member of Mary Sunshine House, a comprehensive independent living program for adults with autism spectrum disorders, started with seed money from the late Doris Buffett, Warren Buffet's sister.
