Matthew Rambaran


Matthew received his Associates in Business Administration from Camden County Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Rowan University and a Masters of Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University.


Matthew serves as an advisor to private closely held companies and individual assurance and tax needs. He is a subject matter expert in SBA lending programs under the CARES Act and Economic Aid Act. He specializes in Review and Compilation engagements and enjoys working closely with business owners helping them achieve their goals of growing and monetizing their businesses.

In the community

Matthew is active in the Philadelphia market serving as a Philadelphia NABA Chapter member and served on Philadelphia NABA board for three years as a director of public relations. He is also active at Rowan University serving as a mentor to accounting students through Rowan's Accounting Mentorship program. He lived in Trenton New Jersey for 5 years and served as treasurer for the Old Mill Hill Society a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to "historic preservation within Trenton's Mill Hill Community. Matthew currently serves as the treasurer for the Freedom Skate Park, an all volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to providing an indoor skate park and creative space in New Jersey.
