Overview
Mike Prigge is a Principal in the Construction group of CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) and focuses his practice working with privately held companies in the construction, real estate, and related service industries. He has worked extensively with a variety of closely held contractors, including companies focused on civil, highway heavy, utility, general commercial, and specialty construction services. Mike's experience includes audit and assurance, tax planning and strategy, financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence. Mike also enjoys consulting with clients in the areas of financial and estate planning, ownership and management succession, as well as long-range business planning.
Education
Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA). He earned a bachelor's degree from Bethel University in 1997 and his Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) certification in 2007.
