Overview
Bill is part of CLA’s mid-Atlantic Nonprofit service team, and has over 12 years of experience bringing CLA’s services to the Nonprofit industry. He has served a variety of clients and has specific experience with audits of social service organizations, private foundations, educational institutions, and membership associations. His technical knowledge includes financial statement audits under U.S. GAAP, GAGAS, and compliance audits under the Uniform Guidance. In addition, Bill has an in-depth knowledge of the IRS Form 990, and assists tax-exempt organizations with compliance and advisory needs.
Outside of serving his clients, Bill is active in a variety of firm-wide initiatives, specifically geared towards driving CLA’s seamless service capabilities and helping to build inspired careers throughout the firm.
