Chris has over 25 years of public accounting experience focusing on providing assurance and tax compliance services to privately held companies in various industries including software developers, SaaS companies, service companies, manufacturing and distribution, and other emerging growth companies. Chris also provides management advisory and consulting services including mergers and acquisitions to his clients as well as serving as a technical advisor on complex audit and accounting matters including revenue recognition practices and complex equity structures.
