Vicki Holtman

Overview

Vicki has more than 20 years of experience in various health care roles within the AR revenue cycle. She has provided services to physician billing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy and has handled multiple different specialties throughout the years. 

She is experienced with research, medical billing, accounts receivable follow up.  She has worked with coders to review denials and proper billing for compliance.

Specific experience includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Extensive background in various insurance carrier protocols and guidelines. Billing, accounts receivable & insurance research. Efficient in working with multiple insurance portals, websites and customer service departments
