Overview

With an accounting career spanning more than two decades, Chris’ client service activities are focused on providing transaction advisory services to private equity and venture capital firms, family offices, small business investment companies (SBICs), independent sponsors, search funds, and other investment groups with the nimble ability to navigate the transactions from purchase through sale.

While working closely with both strategic and financial organizations, Chris has successfully advised clients undertaking acquisitions and divestitures with transaction values ranging from less than $10 million to over $500 million. These transactions have covered industry segments such as manufacturing and distribution, business services, construction, education, consumer products, healthcare, professional services, food and beverage, and technology firms.
