I am an Experienced Accounting Professional and CPA with 20 years of experience working in public accounting, industry, and consulting, with a demonstrated history of critical thinking and problem solving.  As a Principal and Client Relationship Leader, I focus on building and cultivating relationships.

Prior to my current role, I worked for over 10 years in the financial institutions and manufacturing industries in the areas of internal audit, risk management and financial reporting. I have an extensive background working with internal audit, internal controls, COSO, Sarbanes-Oxley, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, financial reporting and the application of U.S. generally accepted accounting principles. In serving in these roles within financial institutions, my specific experience also includes working directly with banking regulations and FFIEC interagency guidance, bank regulatory authorities, and overseeing safety & soundness examinations. 

I am a Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina.
