Overview
As a member of the WI Manufacturing and Distribution team, I have over 20 years of experience in working with closeley held companies and their shareholders. I concentrate on the review of corporate, individual and partnership tax returns as well as providing in-depth tax research and planning. I have extensive experience providing tax, accounting and business solutions to a wide variety of closely-held businesses and their stakeholders ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to large multi-national corporations.
I have assisted clients with structuring business sales and acquisitions, representation during federal and state income tax audits, and various tax consulting services including research and development credits, IC DISC, repairs and maintenance, LIFO, and entity reorganizations.
