Overview
Eileen serves as a principal with CliftonLarsonAllen specializing in providing services to middle market, privately-held manufacturing, distribution, technology and emerging growth companies. Eileen has more than twenty five years of public accounting experience and is the leader for the Manufacturing and Distribution industry group in her local office.
Eileen is very knowledgeable in the challenges and opportunities that face companies in today's highly competitive market. Her experience includes assurance and tax services, succession planning, due diligence engagements associated with mergers and acquisitions, and working with foreign owned domestic subsidiaries.
Education
Eileen received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Eileen's professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), and The Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technology (PACT). Past member of The Presidents Council for a local University. Eileen is a Women in Manufacturing (WiM) national member and sits on the leadership board of WiM Eastern Pennsylvania local chapter.
