Nathan has extensive experience in complex capital structures for IRC 409A purposes as well as fair value for financial reporting and advises clients and attorneys on valuation issues for estate tax purposes and dispute issues. In addition to valuation work, he has also been qualified as an Expert Witness in litigation matters involving valuation, lost earnings calculations and economic damages. He has been recognized for his ability to clearly communicate the results of his valuation conclusions to management, attorneys and courts of law.
Prior to joining CLA, Nathan lead the Valuation and Litigation Services Group of a 275 person local CPA firm.
