Overview
Byron has had experience working with small businesses as an accountant and financial professional for 25 years. He had been with The Leverich Group for eleven years, providing audit, tax and management consulting services before the firm combined with GALLINA LLP in 2014 and GALLINA LLP joined CLA in 2017.
Byron has gained extensive hands-on experience in the construction industry and is experienced with complex accounting, management, organization, tax issues and succession planning. For eight years, he had worked with a family-held construction contractor as the chief financial officer where he managed the estimating department and job costing systems. Byron also grew up in a family-held construction company, and learned the operations of the industry through his grandfather and father. His expertise is focused on helping clients start businesses, expand, obtain credit, and plan for succession or prepare for sale. Byron is also a frequent speaker at contractor education seminars. He speaks on accounting, tax, and job costing for construction contractors.
