Overview
Eileen is a CPA who has been practicing for over 40 years. She has been a SALT practitioner for over 20 years. Ms. Dempsey spends much of her time representing clients for tax audits/appeals before state and local agencies in Sales and Use Tax and Corporate Taxes (Income, Franchise, BPT, etc.); has conducted numerous Nexus Studies assisting clients in both planning and compliance; and performs tax research in various SALT areas. In addition, she is the leader for the CLA Plymouth Meeting SALT Group overseeing the firm practice in that market.
