Overview
Lori has close to 20 years experience in the telecom industry, having worked directly for telecom providers. During her telecom career she has gained experience in all aspects of the service including billing, provisioning, sales support, account management and sales. She was promoted to a Director for account management for the last 4 years of her telecom career. Lori transition out of the telecom industry and joined CLA in January 2018. She has been able to use her industry knowledge and Finance degree to better serve CLA clients. Her duties include helping to drive business development initiatives, analyzing telecom invoices, presenting cost savings recommendations to clients and implementing those recommendations as well as helping our clients reach their goals for telecom services.
