Brad has more than 12 years of experience performing a wide variety of human resources functions, including creating company policies and handbooks, developing performance management processes, designing employee benefit plans, performing HR assessments, outsourced HR support, and facilitating employee training. He is an experienced change management leader who has seen corporate initiatives through to positive result.
Brad builds relationships with clients, assesses their HR needs, and determines appropriate solutions for a wide variety of everyday HR challenges. Brad is DISC and Right Path certified as well as accredited as a certified behavioral consultant, allowing him to assist clients with using the DISC Personality profile and/or Right Path instruments as a tool to better understand employees’ behaviors and motivations, recruit and retain top talent, and create stronger teams.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad served as a global mobility manager at Bemis Company, managing the HR aspects of intracompany mobility.
