Craig Conley

Overview

Craig is the tax principal in charge of the Indianapolis office. With more than 20 years of experience, Craig has an extensive background in C-corporations, S-corporations, partnerships, and individual tax issues and compliance. Craig also has extensive experience in tax provisions (ASC 740), FIN 48, and other tax accounting procedures, including preparing and reviewing deferred tax calculations, planning for the income tax effects of business mergers and acquisitions, and reviewing organizational structures to determine tax minimization strategies. Craig has corresponded with federal and state taxing authorities on behalf of clients in various tax issues. Prior to joining CliftonLarsonAllen, Craig spent 13 years with Ernst & Young LLP where he was a leader of the tax compliance practice in Indianapolis.
