Rick has over 39 years of business experience as a CPA in public practice.  He works with a large client base and has extensive experience in income tax planning and compliance with a strong emphasis in farm production. His practice involves corporate and entity structuring and family transitions.

Rick has presented several farm taxation CPE courses for state CPA societies and has lectured on agricultural tax issues at national industry conferences. He authored PPC's Guide to Starting or Expanding a Business, and was a contributing author for AICPA publications.  Rick received recognition as a Super CPA by a Minnesota business publication.

Rick is ordained clergy as a Permanent Deacon in the Catholic Diocese of New Ulm, MN.  He also serves on the board of directors for New Ulm Economic Development Corporation.
