His primary focus includes senior living and post-acute providers, life care communities, and hospices. He has experience working with both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Michael’s consulting experience includes campus repositioning and expansion projects, feasibility studies, and preparing financial models for projected financial statements. These experiences have allowed him to develop a strong relationship with his clients and have meaningful discussions surrounding the unique challenges in the health care industry.
