Overview
Christa has nearly 20 years of experience providing tax planning, consulting and compliance services to privately held businesses and individuals, with a concentration in serving the manufacturing and distribution industries. She specializes in corporate and flow-through entities and assisting clients with succession planning, including merger, acquisition and transition to management or next generation family members. In addition, Christa has represented clients in front of federal and state taxing authorities in audits and assists with domestic tax planning and compliance for international activities.
