Overview
Jason is a principal in the construction and real estate group and serves as group leader for the Minneapolis practice. He has over 22 years of public accounting experience with a variety of closely-held clients in the construction, real estate, and professional service industries. His practice has focused on audit and assurance services; tax preparation, planning, and advisory; transaction support and consulting; financial analysis; and financial and operational consulting. Additionally, Jason has extensive experience providing ERISA assurance services, consultation, and advisory for 401(k)/profit sharing plans, defined benefit pension plans, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOP).
Education
Bachelor of accounting degree with a minor in management information systems from University of Minnesota-Duluth, Duluth, Minnesota
