Young Executive Team (YET)
Part of being an inclusive and diverse succession organization involves openly seeking points of view that might not be represented on our executive team. YET brainstorms and discusses firm strategies across a multi-generational platform.
Future Innovations Team (FIT)
FIT is a team of enthusiasts who dare to challenge, and dare to dream about how CLA will secure our spot in the marketplace well into the future. They engage on innovation, the workforce of the future, and mega trends impacting our world and our firm.

Our enterprise business solutions teams develop and implement strategies to enable us to create opportunities — operating with a high level of efficiency and agility.
