Meet your evolving needs with three integrated business lines in one professional services firm.
Investment advisory services are offered through CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisor.
Look to CLA professionals for in-depth analysis of agribusiness tax and financial issues through many publications and media channels.
Our agribusiness professionals informally serve as a clearinghouse for farm tax practitioners nationwide and share information on tax topics and accounting matters affecting the ag industry. Along with providing tax and consulting services for small to large agribusinesses, our advisors are nationally recognized authors and presenters of farm taxation seminars and have been published by numerous publications and the AICPA.
Farm Tax Network emails
Communications are delivered when they are relevant, rather than on a particular schedule. You can expect approximately 10 per year. The cost for the email service is $220 for 12 months (price effective October 1, 2015, to September 30, 2016).
Are you a tax advisor looking for clear, convenient information to better serve your agribusiness clients? CliftonLarsonAllen’s Farm Tax Network® (or FTN) is an email service that provides farm tax guidance from our ag professionals — insights not available from the major subscription services. With a subscription to FTN, you can expect strategic responses and timely updates. Our original content will help you stay abreast of farm tax developments, identify new IRS controversies for farmers and ranchers, and recognize new tax planning opportunities for farm and ranch clients.

- Small Partnerships and the Obligation to File Partnership Tax Returns
Subscribers have access to previous releases through a web-based archive. The link to the website is available on each FTN email.
Submit questions and topic suggestions
Subscribers are invited to submit farm tax questions. To prevent duplicative efforts, identify any research you have conducted and relevant authorities (regulations, rulings, etc.). Questions should be ag tax-related and of a general nature. We are pleased to help clarify provisions in tax law or regulations, but we cannot disclose specific client facts, make substantive determinations, or give advice that would affect a client’s tax liability [per IRS Reg. 301.7216-2(d)].
