Several years ago, LeadingAge joined with two other aging-services organizations to launch the Quality First initiative for providers striving to excel in aging services and earn public trust. Announcement of award recipient

The organization(s) chosen to be honored each year will receive recognition at the LeadingAge annual meeting and exposition.

We’re committed to identifying the traits of high-performing organizations, so aging-services providers can:

  • Define their own paths to achieving greatness
  • Learn from and capitalize on proven best practices
  • Use disciplined processes to improve and measure results
  • Develop a committed and skilled workforce

We hope our findings help accelerate your organization’s pathway to greatness by learning from what has made other older adult service organizations successful and adopting those lessons that align with your organization’s philosophy and needs.

Past award recipients

Many past applicants don’t consider themselves the epitome of “greatness.” Generally, they have participated in this program to get one step closer to the goal of achieving greatness.
