Minneapolis — January 2, 2014 — CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), a national certified public accounting and consulting firm, today announced it has acquired Sullivan, Rogers & Company, a Burlington, Massachusetts, CPA and consulting firm dedicated to the state and local government market.

Joining CLA are 16 Sullivan, Rogers & Company professionals, including principals Daniel Sullivan, CPA, Christian Rogers, CPA, and Matthew Hunt, CPA. Sullivan and Rogers founded the firm in 2002 and have more than 50 years of combined experience serving the needs of Massachusetts’ state and local governments.
