Jeff is a principal in CLA's Succession Concierge Services group and has over 20 years of experience providing business advisory, succession planning, tax, and assurance services to privately owned businesses including the technology, manufacturing, distribution and other industries.
Jeff has experience working with companies with various business challenges including family ownership transitions, exit/business sale planning and strategies, capital planning, business structuring, buy and sell-side M&A transactions and other strategic business planning.
Jeff has been a speaker on topics such as strategic business planning, entrepreneurship and starting a business, raising capital, working capital and cash flow management, deal terms and other various topics.
