Overview
Marc has more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience in a wide range of industries. As a managing principal at CLA, he oversees client development (relationships) for the outsourcing business line. He helps clients improve their financial operations and decision making ability through customized outsourcing services - freeing their time from finance and accounting operations, so they can focus on managing their organizations. His experience includes CFO services, development of management reports, process improvements, accounting policy and procedures, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting models.
Marc's prior roles include serving as an accounting and finance professional in industries such as construction/real estate, manufacturing/distribution, telecommunications, food and retail. He also served as a firm manager, senior business developer, and accountant for CPA and business coaching firm. During his career Marc has served as a CFO and controller for his clients.
