Health Care New Hires Kritzer, Hetland, and Malvin

CliftonLarsonAllen is pleased to announce the addition of Tammy Kritzer, Cheryl Hetland, and Rachel Malvin within its national health care practice.

Minneapolis  January 8, 2015 — CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), a national professional services firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Tammy Kritzer, Cheryl Hetland, and Rachel Malvin within its national health care practice. 

Kritzer returns to CLA as a principal after a previous tenure with the firm from 1996-2001. She has more than 20 years of experience working with hospitals and health systems. In addition to her first term with CLA, Kritzer has worked with multiple integrated health systems in a variety of roles including vice president, operations administrator, and compliance officer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health information management from The College of St. Scholastica and a LEAN healthcare certificate from the University of Michigan. Kritzer is a Registered Healthcare Information Administrator (RHIA). 

Hetland brings more than 20 years of experience to her new role as a director with CLA. She has worked with multiple large health systems where she provided implementation and oversight expertise to the 340B drug program and oversaw compliance with state and federal regulations, pharmacy operations improvement initiatives, and pharmacy pricing. Hetland holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Minnesota and a master’s from St. Mary’s University. She is a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and has previously served as both the chair and vice chair of the Technician Academy with the Minnesota Pharmaceutical Association. 

Malvin returns to CLA as a director after a previous tenure from 2008-2011 and has more than 15 years of experience in multiple health care roles. In addition to her time with CLA, she has worked with a number of large health care organizations in both non-profit and for-profit settings. Malvin holds an associate’s degree from Moorhead State University and a diploma in health information management from Northwest Technical College. She is a Registered Healthcare Information Technician (RHIT).
